As this is the first time in my life that I will live in an apartment for an extended period of time, there are some things I need to adjust in my expectations of quiet living.  The neighbor below in apartment one has been blasting his music for a week.  It was never consistent, like he was listening to a whole cd or the radio, but sporatic.  ( Read more... )
